Picture Elvis

This song is pretty easy to play, and it sounds great. The intro is played on piano and is followed by a common riff on guitar. This riff appears throughout the song. It is one note (E) played using a rather unique rhythm that I couldn't explain, but you can figure it out...it's pretty easy. The note is played:

D--14---

Because this riff appears often, I will identify it like so:

D--%---
