This goes up an octave and can be played using the same pattern on the
B and E strings, starting on B-4-.

finishing with a Bmaj that you wash over during the 
   "I eat and I dress and I wash"... bit

Then for the "I hurt myself to get pain out" bit hammer on viz:
b--4-5-4-5-4-5......

during the refrain move the main riff down to that position (Eb on 
the B string) and play the riff between the B and the high E

finishing with a pentatonic riff along the lines of

e--4-5-7-4-4-5-7-4
